We met Gevin when he was hosting an open house. It was probably the 10th open house we went to, but the first agent we met who we had an instant rapport with. Ultimately, Gevin was able to steer us through the nerve-wracking process of buying a house in Seattle. It was our first house, with a baby on the way... so we had extra layers of pressure.
