We were very fortunate to meet Gevin when we required a last minute tour before we put an offer on a house where we are now happily living. Gevin was not our agent but, when our agent was not available for our last minute request, he was willing to show up to give us the tour and provided many useful tips and info based on his years of knowledge and experience in construction industry.
